A Doggy of a Story

Hiya....:)

Well, not much has been happening that I would consider worth talking about. Things seem to be smoothing down into a 'ho hum drum' routine. No big challenges, nothing unusual, not even a 'blip' in the 'radar'...lol....
I suppose I should be thankful that things are as they are for I have had my fair share of 'things' going badly. I suppose not as badly as some of ya, but considering how I like to pretty much keep things in order and have some semblence of 'order' and 'control' over how and what things turn out to be, especially if they involve or affect me in some way. So I guess I am 'happy'....oh ya..sure I am....happy as a lark. Which reminds me....

This little story makes me glad I don't stutter.

A teacher is explaining biology to her 2nd grade students. "Human beings are the only animals that stutter", she says. A little girl raises her hand. "I had a kitty-cat who stuttered", she volunteered. The teacher, knowing how precious some of these stories could become, asked the girl to describe the incident. "Well", she began, "I was in the back yard with my kitty and the Rottweiler that lives next door gotta running start and before we knew it,he jumped over the fence into our yard! "That must've been scary", said the teacher. "It sure was", said the little girl. "My kitty raised his back, went'Fffff, Fffff, Fffff'...And before he could say "Fuck", the Rottweiler ate him!

Ok, so there isn't a Rotti next door, but a 'pit bull'...lol...does that qualify ??

Smile and be smiled upon. "Jewel' , the pit bull seems to be doing that all the time....wonder if she has something up her sleeve? hmmmmm...
